Education

Scientific research is provided to practitioners so they can take action that is supported by reliable evidence, i.e. active knowledge management and transfer. Results from the INKA BB network’s studies are re-packaged depending on the particular target group, usually as part of their development. Specific educational requirements are identified through continuous dialogue between the stakeholders involved in research, education and practice.

The aim is to share knowledge within the network and to the general public, and to train interested parties.

In addition to transforming project knowledge into educational resources and advisory services, there is also a focus on raising the profile of climate change and on acquiring skills in line with the UN Decade of “Education for Sustainable Development” (2005–2014).
